We collect information you provide directly, information created through your use of the Services, and information from connected services you choose to link. We use it to provide, personalize, secure, measure and improve Blankmind.

Information you directly provide us

This may include your name, email address, phone number, account details, messages, feedback and any other information you choose to share. We use this information to create and maintain your account, provide support and operate the Services.

Information collected through your use of the Services

Depending on the permissions you grant, Blankmind may process phone habit signals, selected app categories, focus plans, check-ins, wearable signals and voice or message content you choose to send. Health and wearable access is optional.

The website may collect anonymous product analytics such as page views, engagement, prompts, responses, voice attempts and App Store clicks. Analytics are used to understand and improve the product.

Information collected automatically

We may collect usage, device, browser, network and diagnostic information, including approximate location derived from technical data where needed for security and analytics. We do not sell your information.

Disclosure of your information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze and operate the Services, with connected services at your direction, or when required by law. We may also share aggregated or deidentified information for lawful purposes.

Data security and retention

Your data choices

Signed-in members can permanently delete their Blankmind account and the linked product data from the Workspace. This removes Blankmind AI memory, plans, feedback, signals, wearable connection records and product analytics linked to that account. Deleting Blankmind data does not delete information held by a connected third-party service.
